If I need to add any sweetness to anything, I now use Xylitol (100% Birch Tree Bark) which has a sweet sugar taste, but doesn't contain sugar (glucose/fructose) and I use it in 1/2 quantities of sugar. It is very rare that I need to use anything. However, unlike most people quitting sugar, I haven't experienced the amazing weight loss...I guess because I just wasn't consuming that much to start with. I have drastically cut overall calories, have gone nearly 100% JERF (Just Eat Real Food) but sadly ditto above. Am hoping that by using this app religiously, that I can pin-point the issue.
