wow, has been a slow yet steady loss since last weekend, i'm happy with that. Going to have a few beers tonite, I might try something lo-carb like pure blonde etc - never been a fan , but hey why not. I just hope that I can control "the call of the pizza" once I've had a few.
Also, today is DAY 8 of NO ADSL broadband at home (thanks telstra) , perhaps my seething anger has also aided with the burning of calories this week - i will google that, once i get my broadband back.

If you want low carb beer, try Summer Bright. 2.7 a BOTTLE. Best low carb beer around. Pizza? Easy, tons of recipes for cauliflower pizza, I make it all the time. Pro tip: You MUST get rid of ALL the moisture, and I mean ALL, for the base to work.
