yawn ... another 0.3kg loss today, am happy with that , but it is such a slow process. I have found myself subscribing to instagram burger pages, just to get a FIX. Am wearing a new shirt today that I bought a few months back & didn't fit me, well today it fits (just). I have a SWAG of clothes that are either new or barely worn, that I had grown out of. In fact, of a wardrobe of approx 30 shirts - only about 5 of them still fit me. I will give it another week or so & then I am going to have a big "try-on" day. cheers
