Last night I almost had another "scaccident", was going to go straight to bed after the footy show (about 10.30pm) however started watching re-runs of hogans heroes (an old favourite) - munching a few leftovers from the frij, that time of night, always just seems to FUEL my appetite for more - ANYTHING - just more ... so after a bit of mental anguish - I just got up & went to bed - problem solved ... note to self: "just go to bed BEFORE this shit kicks-in" cheers
