Went to the Op Shop and bought some much needed clothes as I was tired of pulling my pants up and being buried under baggy shirts. $23 dollars got me 7 t-shirts and 2 pairs of jeans! Unfortunately the "treat yourself" attitude carried through to the weekend and on Sunday evening I ended up with food regret. Ugh. On a positive note, I never ever want to eat another bag of crisps. Refuse to weigh myself today.. uh uh no way, ok so I did and yes its not pretty. A whole kilo up. Gonna start checking out the local gyms. I may be 19 kgs lighter than my heaviest, ( 7 years of on and off dieting) but I still feel fat due to not being in shape. Never stepped into a gym in my life. Oh my goodness I hate exercise arghhhh.
