Went to the Op Shop and bought some much needed clothes as I was tired of pulling my pants up and being buried under baggy shirts. $23 dollars got me 7 t-shirts and 2 pairs of jeans!
Unfortunately the "treat yourself" attitude carried through to the weekend and on Sunday evening I ended up with food regret. Ugh. On a positive note, I never ever want to eat another bag of crisps.
Refuse to weigh myself today.. uh uh no way, ok so I did and yes its not pretty. A whole kilo up.
Gonna start checking out the local gyms. I may be 19 kgs lighter than my heaviest, ( 7 years of on and off dieting) but I still feel fat due to not being in shape. Never stepped into a gym in my life. Oh my goodness I hate exercise arghhhh.

Good luck at the gym. Like you I hate to exercise! I am a lazy slug! Sweat ruins my makeup for Pete's sake. What's a girl to do? Maybe if you join the gym it will be easier because other's there will motivate you and the different machines will keep things interesting. Hope you like it.
