Ok. Back on the merry-go-round. Off to a good start. But as we all know. The first few days are the easiest Aiming for a 5kg loss this first week (hopefully more) Fingers crossed

ok 104.8kg , down to my lowest weight yet. At this rate, I plan to drop below the magical 100kg by THURSDAY next week - lets see how this prediction goes. I might even supplement my efforts this week with some physical exercise (no promises LOL)

ok, have been managing to do really well ALL day, until watching TV after dinner, when I just tend to eat ANYTHING that moves (or doesn't move). maybe if I go to bed pretty soon after dinner (early), so I don't eat stuff ? problem is, I am not accustomed to going to bed early. Maaybe if I start getting up earlier in the morning , then it might be easier to go to bed earlier at nite ?

haha, the batteries in my scales have gone flat - hopefullt that is a good omen - I will hazard a guess at a 0.1kg weight loss since yesterday , as I stuck to a max of about 500 calories for the day. New batteries will take 2-3 days top arrive (EBAY), hopefully by them the weightloss figure should be much bigger - aiming at an avg loss of .5kg/day for the rest of the week - capping my calories @ approx. 400 per day .
