Ok back on track again. Weekend coming up going out for dinner sat night (Thai) (I love Thai) will FAST as much as I can between now and then - my next entry will be SUNDAY MORNING for my weekly weigh-in. Cheers

oops - I did it again,
Stayed up late watching Seinfeld repeats & had a Snaccident - Damn, I knew I should have gone to bed earlier.
Definition:
"Snaccident" (n) Eating an entire pizza/box of chocolates/family size bag of chips by mistake.

woo hoo , lost 4kg since last Sunday , hopefully a few more before I "officially " weigh-in again this Sunday morn. My mindset must be in the right place this time, as it really has not been too difficult.
Usually one of my worst "binge-eating" times , is late at night after my wife has gone to bed.
A TIP:
sitting up late at night watching TV? - instead of going to the frij - GO TO BED !! - works for me - cheers

lost another 1 kg since yesterday (thanks soup diet) but i am also determined this time (oh yeah - heard all this before), but really ... am happy with the soup diet - our first batch was vegetable , started 2nd batch last night - pumpkin, potato & coconut milk - each batch lasts the 2 of us approx 3 days. next batch looks like it might be mushroom & something - mmm tasty.
Not feeling hungry (or hangry) - aiming for a 5kg loss this week , will let u know when i weight in on SUNDAY morning cheers

ok, well now seems as good a time as any to re-start my weightloss efforts. c0-incidentally, I was planning to FAST yesterday (300 - 400 calories all day), as it turns out , I have some sort of stomach bug - flu like symptoms etc - so i didn't eat ANYTHING all day - just 1 coffee. wow - lost 2 kg overnight. now that the weekend is almost here, I might see If i can survive on a BEER diet - wish me luck
