Ok, today mark 2 WEEKS since I started , this 2nd week the weight loss has slowed - but still losing nevertheless. Total loss to-date = 6.5kg. excellent.
This week (or maybe starting this weekend) I will start doing some treadmill walking , It might be a big ask - but I REALLY want to get under 100KG in the next 2 weeks - = weight loss target for the coming 2 weeks = 9kg - I reckon I can do it .

well a 0.1 increase after the weekend. Not a bad result as I went out for dinner twice on the weekend , had a few beers etc. Will be interesting to see weight result in another 24 hours. Today will be a FASTING day , with a max of about 500 calories. Will also try for some treadmill time - but no promises LOL

Its me again :) & is going well , lost another 0.9 kg today & my determination is stronger than ever. I plan to start hitting the treadmill tonite (and hopefully every nite) hopefully that added exercise will not make me hungrier ??
