ok, so I have had a month off (since my last weigh-in), surprise surprise, I have only gained 1kg since my last weigh-in 1 month ago. Whilst I have not been "dieting", , I suppose I have been very conscious of what I have been eating. Gunna go LO CALORIE this week (500 calories per day), hoping for a loss of about 3kg by the weekend cheers

oops , had a snaccident for lunch today, damn, I was doing so well, bloody kids leaving their oh so tasty leftovers in the frij - ITS ALL GONE NOW haha , all-up was about 1200 calories ... could have been worse. So that will do me now for the rest of the day. How am i gunna watch the footy tonite with no dinner - argh kill me now. If I get too manic , might just have to go to bed early, I have that double digit goal firmly imprinted in my mind (99kg) ... BRING IT ON !!!

wow, i've been pretty crook over the last few days with a cold/flu thing (its going around), BUT has helped me lose weight (LOL) lets just hope that I don't get better too soon.

ok, my last weigh-in was a couple of weeks ago , since then we have had a lot of social activities on (social = food & drink) , so it has been a couple of "yo-yo" weeks .. ie lose 2 kg during the week & then stack it all on again on Saturday night WTF ? Even considering all of this yo-yo'ing, the general trend is still a LOSS, so that's a good thing. Anyway , here we are Tues Morning and I am 109.2kg , which is pretty good , if I stay focussed all week , I will be at least 1-2 kg BELOW my previous lowest weight, so , although slowly - it IS happening. My GOAL for this Saturday Morning Weigh-in is 107kg (2.2kg loss from this morning) thats 4 days from now BRING IT ON. Am just BUSTING to crack that 2 figure mark (99kg)

TGIF, and so the cycle repeats, I have now just about lost the 2 kg that I gained over the long weekend away (last weekend) only 0.3kg to go. I will no doubt drop that off and hopefully a little extra by tomorrow mornings weigh-in. HOWEVER , tomorrow night(Sat) we have friends over for dinner & beers , haha - watch this space ...
One big issue that I have is my TOTAL lack of exercise that I keep avoiding , i promise , that I will start something this weekend (maybe)
