haha . as expected ,a 2kg gain over the long weekend. Not too bad though , could have been much worse. Anyway , I will limit my intake to about 700 calories for the next few days , I expect that I will be back to pre w'end weight, on THURS morning. As long as I get SOME small overall loss by my next weigh-in (sunday) I'll be happy

wow - i'm not even gunna weigh-in here today. Yesterday was any other normal day , kepT my calorie intake down to no more than 800 calories for the day. BUT PUT ON 1KG OVERNIGHT - WTF ???
was not fluids , i did not drink much at all.
the previous few days were also normal averaging 700 -800 calories per day - with an average weight loss of 0.2kg per day.
And this morning i stack on 1 kg I AM FURIOUS.
I will however stick to my guns , today I will FAST (consume only 400 calories maximum).
I'm guessing that if I behave today , then, tomorrow morning will be a catchup weigh-in , should maybe give me a 2kg loss tomorrow - stay tuned grrr !!

As Mr Burns would say - Excccelllent !
Feeling so thin this morning that I had to run around in the shower - just to get wet.
Although, the kids last night did have a takeaway fish N chip night - i was just a whisker away from having a delightfully greasy & fluffy battered potato cake ... mmm drool.
But I settled with just licking the salt from their fingers. I cannot believe the willpower.
On target for my pre long weekend goal yeehaa :)

ok, still recovering from the weekend , only 0.1kg away. My goal weight to reach by SAT Morn weigh-in = (in 4 days) is 106kg (thats a further 3.6kg loss) ... its gunna be tough, but I need the head-start for the coming long weekend. I won't be pigging-out, but I will be consuming much beer.
I might even take the dog for a brisk walk later today - watch this space :)

Went out for dinner last nite had a good feed but didn't "pig-out" ... Only had 3 beers ... But I still managed to put on 1 kg .... I know this all goes in cycles. I shouldn't have even bothered weighing in this morning. Haha - I only did so that I can see it come off again at tomorrow mornings weighin
Going away for the long weekend next weekend so my goal THIS WEEK is to lose as much as poss. To help counteract next weekends indulgences (mainly beer) Cheers (and looking forward to tomorrow's weigh-in 🤓
