Last night I almost had another "scaccident", was going to go straight to bed after the footy show (about 10.30pm) however started watching re-runs of hogans heroes (an old favourite) - munching a few leftovers from the frij, that time of night, always just seems to FUEL my appetite for more - ANYTHING - just more ... so after a bit of mental anguish - I just got up & went to bed - problem solved ... note to self: "just go to bed BEFORE this shit kicks-in"

yawn ... another 0.3kg loss today, am happy with that , but it is such a slow process. I have found myself subscribing to instagram burger pages, just to get a FIX.
Am wearing a new shirt today that I bought a few months back & didn't fit me, well today it fits (just). I have a SWAG of clothes that are either new or barely worn, that I had grown out of. In fact, of a wardrobe of approx 30 shirts - only about 5 of them still fit me. I will give it another week or so & then I am going to have a big "try-on" day.

wow, has been a slow yet steady loss since last weekend, i'm happy with that. Going to have a few beers tonite, I might try something lo-carb like pure blonde etc - never been a fan , but hey why not. I just hope that I can control "the call of the pizza" once I've had a few.
Also, today is DAY 8 of NO ADSL broadband at home (thanks telstra) , perhaps my seething anger has also aided with the burning of calories this week - i will google that, once i get my broadband back.

Ok last nights Thai restaurant was a taste sensation. I really did eat sensibly (surprisingly) but the 7 or so full strength beers may have had more weight impact than expected Ok if I can stay disciplined today tomorrow mornings weigh-in might reap rewards Cheers

Ok Lasted yesterday on only about 500 calories for the whole day. UNTIL MY LATE NIGHT BINGE WTF ? (But it was glorious) - FYI here is last nights shame:
10 black olives
(Well that's not too bad)
2 pieces of bread (whole meal at least)
1 leftover kransky (kids dinner from last night)
1 serve homemade lasagne (more leftovers)
All washed down with 1 litre full cream milk
..... Sigh. But not gunna focus on any guilt trip - looking at the bigger picture spending a fair amount of time gardening etc this weekend. That's gotta help - as long as it doesn't give me a bigger appetite. Cheers
