Okay so here we are at this festive time of year. So far my eating has still been okay, Hmmm apart from today as my son got his braces on so before this he wanted to go to McDonalds, before the pain sets in and he won't want to eat; yep I ate some too :-( For me though the culprit is wine at this festive time. Lovely on the lips but so bad on the hips. I'm not going to do weigh ins because at this time of year well drink here drink there I'll want to pull my hair so I don't want to get down about it. So Weigh in will be after the new year. I will still try to watch what I'm eating for sure. Hope you tough ones all keep on track.
