ok, well now seems as good a time as any to re-start my weightloss efforts. c0-incidentally, I was planning to FAST yesterday (300 - 400 calories all day), as it turns out , I have some sort of stomach bug - flu like symptoms etc - so i didn't eat ANYTHING all day - just 1 coffee. wow - lost 2 kg overnight. now that the weekend is almost here, I might see If i can survive on a BEER diet - wish me luck
