lost another 1 kg since yesterday (thanks soup diet) but i am also determined this time (oh yeah - heard all this before), but really ... am happy with the soup diet - our first batch was vegetable , started 2nd batch last night - pumpkin, potato & coconut milk - each batch lasts the 2 of us approx 3 days. next batch looks like it might be mushroom & something - mmm tasty. Not feeling hungry (or hangry) - aiming for a 5kg loss this week , will let u know when i weight in on SUNDAY morning cheers
