Had beans in morning, always a good start. Huge serving of lasagne was given to me at lunch, no salad. Made up for it by having miso with veggies for dinner. Super Kelp tablets may be keeping me fuller or it could just be the huge lasagne.
Went for long walk but felt a creep looking at me in the park. Must buy some capsicum spray.
