Started my weightloss journey almost 2 weeks ago, decide to try intermittent fasting and gym class, so far it has worked for me. When I mean works for me, i'm finding it easier to eat a large meal or two in the evenings rather than little meals throughout the day. Is this sustainable...probably not, but I will adjust it to maintain a small gradual weight loss. So far my cravings have lost each battle...geez I miss my hot chips with chicken salt and BBq sauce ;)
