Starting to have more willpower. Was craving a large meal of KFC today but took the car a different route and managed to abstain. Feel so proud of myself, but have little to no energy and am feeling extremely lonely. Can't wait until I go home at the end of next month. Hopefully I can control my comfort eating and binge cravings until at least then. Will just have to keep trying.

You are doing great! FYI, I find a cup of hot tea will calm my cravings. Tazo makes some good dessert teas that are very satisfying.
