Mary MJM's Journal, 26 Feb 18

I am so proud of myself today. Was in the Woolworth's supermarket doing my grocery shopping and was thinking of getting chocolate and hot cross buns, and then consuming the whole lot in the one sitting. Managed to walk out with no junk food and didn't even really miss it once I got back home. Hopefully I can hold onto this new found willpower and continue improving. I even did my daily exercise this morning even though I felt exhausted and didn't want to do them.

Lets hope this has all paid off and I have lost some weight. Weigh in tomorrow morning.

Great job! I know for me personally I can’t even have any of these things just once. If I decided to just have this one chocolate because “one won’t hurt” I find myself binging for days/weeks/months
