Well it's looking better. As long as I can keep up the good work it shouldn't take me long to get back in shape. Just need to stay positive, exercise regularly and keep away from the junk food. Hopefully I can keep on this level of commitment without falling off again. It's the damn cravings for KFC, pizza, ice-cream and chocolate that does me in every time. Need to stay strong.
63.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

All you need to do is find a healthy replacement(s) and have them ready when those cravings hit. Then go with them. You get double tick; you get to eat and you are being good to you.

i live 1.5 hours drive from the nearest kfc 3 hours round trip. 😀
