16/8 going well. Dropped sugar-free cordial from my water bottle when I read 'The Obesity Code' - artificial sweeteners spike your insulin level despite having no calories, so leads to weight gain. I had no idea! I was putting it in my water bottle. So, just water now for me😁
72.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
