feeling ok, bit scared for the weekend. Can do this through the week ok on my own. Weekend with friends and family has a different set of challenges.
94 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Other people helpfully pressing food on you can make restraint really hard! Rellies (usually overweight) telling you don't need to lose any more, can also be a morale sapper. It is one of those situations where we need to keep focussed on our goal.

agree. Taking mental approach "it's all practice". I can do it once... and then another once more. Just trying to stay focused on the once!

You will be ok. One day at a time, one comment at a time (meaning relatives and friends trying to tell you oh, one won't do anything) - be strong; and saying no feels good! That feeling that you are in control is one of the best feelings. I lost that feeling over the last couple of days... but back on track now! Thinking of you ;)
