Just a wee bump up. Overall though I am very happy and I know I got this in control.

Body measurements:
first reading november second reading today

Waist: 30' down to 28'
Hips: 37' down to 35'
Bust: 34' down to 33'
Chest: 30' same at 30'

hubby is doing wonderful 91.5kg
53.8 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
