It will pass. The sleeping will get better. Your arrow is pointing down and thats brilliant. Everything improves but it is definitely a process that takes time. Well done.😊

Make sure you have NO electronic equipment when going to sleep (no mobile phone or tablet). The only thing I sue to fall asleep (and I swear by this) is a DVD player on which I place a DVD with which I am very familiar (the same one each night). It is "Frasier" and the episode is the same each night. You cna use whatever you like....music, comedy show, talk show, movie, whatever. You don not have to watch (just listen if you like). Set the DVD to turn off (at first) after 30 mins, but as you progess, knock it down to 10 minutes. You will find you are asleep within 3 minutes without trying, and since the DVD turns off, you are then in a silent atmosphere with nothing to wake you from your sleep. It is really a form of hypnosis. Your mind is so used to the sound that it does not "focus" on what is being said (it actually at first is bored). The mind is a great thing, though, and you have actuall ytrained it to recognise (subconciously) that the sounds reaching it are a cue to go to sleep. I find I cannot stop going to sleep using this method, and I get great sleep every time. This methoid was recommended to me by a doctor. He said putting on radio is no good, since chat shows spark interest in the brain and new music also could inspire it into action. The downside is, though, if the show you use happens to come up on TV, you will fall asleep! LOL
