A delicious, easy meatless chili that can be made in about 30 minutes, tops.
Ingredients
Directions
- Sauté onions and garlic in oil until onions turn clear, about 5 minutes.
- Carefully add tomato sauce and black beans and reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Add spices and stir to combine well.
- Cover and allow to simmer at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I tried this the other week and it's really delicious and easy to make too! Although, I cut out the oil from the recipe and added in a few different herbs, it was still great.

I made this with my boyfriend, it it awesome... I also made some wheat pasta and added it to the mix...needless to say it was delicious!

i'd suggest lowering the or just using cooking spray, but it's still good :)
