Mom's easy meatloaf with 5 ingredients.

Directions
- Crumble two slices of bread in blender and add to lean ground beef. Add eggs and fat-free milk.
- Add seasoning and mix together in a large bowl.
- Put in a loaf pan and cook uncovered in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
- Note: If you don't have bread, you can use a cup of oatmeal or cracker crumbs.

Simply delicious! I substituted ground turkey for the beef and seasoned bread crumbs for the bread.

This is a definite favorite. It was better than grandma's..:) Instead of bread slices, I used the Progresso Garlic and Herb bread crumbs (1/2 cup). I also topped the whole loaf with a can of tomato sauce 15 minutes left to completed baking time.
