Based on your age, height and gender, we can determine our ideal weight. Because weight is the only variable that we have control over. Once we determine our ideal weight then we can make plans to achieve it.

Once we achieved our ideal weight, we need to ensure we look at the calories we require based on our ideal weight. The problem most of us face is that, after hitting our ideal weight goal, we go back to consuming calories similar to what we used to consume when we were over weight. Most of the time, the calorie deficit between our ideal weight and over weight state is at least 500kcal. that's almost equal to an extra meal.

Keep this in mind while on this journey.
