Yo-yoing between 61 and 60.4 but had a wedding two days ago with pizza, pasta, gnocchi, skipped dessert, couple of soft drinks, things I would normally avoid. Watched my eating yesterday and I'm back down to 60.4kg. I'll be very happy to get below that hard to reach 60kg and then 2kg more and I'll be happy. I'm upping my weights again, having not done much of that, even though it is low-key weights.
60.4 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
