Intermittent fasting
Nil exercise due to still recovering from fall
Had a couple glasses of red on an overnight with crew.
Had a couple vodkas at home alone, naughty!

Still AF, today is day 43 and Intermittent fasting. However had bad fall last week, so no exercise and off work with severe bruised ribs, indulged in comfort sugar and bread at times in window. Waist still 106 and my clothes don’t feel any different.

It’s fluctuating between 79.6 and 80.1 so best to be realistic. Still intermittent fasting and still AF.

Have had a few different weights ranging from 79.3-79.9. Am still AF, (day 29 of the experiment today) and intermittent fasting, having a few treats of sugar and bread. Training-variations of weights, walking, and classes when I can. Waist still 106cm

Not sure I believe it.
I have intermittent fasted, and iv walked most days. Allowed some chocolate. But zero alcohol, still on the experiment, day 23 day.
