hello my darlings,
i want to thank the person who sent me the best wishes (I don't know how to find
out )she knows who she is...
i want to thank you all who have been interested in my page.
by my weigh in, you can see how I ballooned out with food.
i am going to start on my diet...again
its going to be twice as hard as ii have put on so much weight and
I cant exercise due to my condition.
so, back to watching every thing i eat. i have a low thyroid hashimotos disease.
that makes my metabolism slow.

hello
i haven't been on the air for quite some time.
i suffered an acute attack of fibromyalgia which lasted for
about 3 weeks.
i had a fall, actually a dizzyy spell and I went into the hospital
and after some tests they found out that a had some palpitations and low
blood pressure. two days.
I'm not wanting sympathy just to let you know where I have been.
the weather has been really cold NSW. it goes down to 3 celsious at night.
the weather is the coldest in 40 years. the snow is the deepest it has had.
so that is the reason I haven,t been on air.
it,s cold, and I have been eating too much food to keep me warm.
so - I must start watching my calories. again.
