Got home from work about an hour ago and instead of going to Macca's like I've been doing for the past week and a half I went to Woolworths and bought some snacks. Sure, icy poles, rice pudding and juice aren't exactly the best, but I'm just glad I didn't default to grabbing Macca's. My weight has been dropping fairly regularly despite my choice of food but I'd like to see where my weight sits after a week of clean eating.

Love these weigh ins after dropping water weight. Huge boost to morale. Feeling like I'm getting back into a rhythm, getting back into a routine with diet and work. Haven't been walking much due to a heel injury so work is all I've been doing. 🙂

Had about two weeks off of work due to previous trip and the store being closed and I've just been really slack with my eating habits. Stores open again from yesterday so hopefully I can work my way back into a routine. 🙂
