Just a small update! Had a trial shift with a new job as a kitchen hand, looking to get a few more shifts over the next few days to see if it becomes a permanent gig, excited! Definitely feeling the weight on my back with the prolonged standing but hopefully after a couple weeks It'll be smooth sailing. Plus with the extra activity my metabolism should pick up and help me drop a few extra kilos! 🙂

Had a foot injury from sport which had me off my feet for most of the past week and sort of went back into a bit of impulsive habit eating. Disappointing, but still looking forward now that I can get moving again.

Solid first week back. Was a bit slack with exercise over the weekend and ate a bit too much but still seeing progress. Moving towards slowly working out the kinks.

First weigh in of the New Year, rough Christmas period, super relaxed with food and soft drink etc. and just let myself enjoy the holidays. But I am feeling really motivated and feel as though I have a wind in my sails and believe that this is the year!

Haven't logged weight in a while, trying to get back to 160kg before the end of the year. This will bring me back to my weight before covid-19 and then will have to update my weight goal for the new year.
