Had a bit of a crappy week. We have been having issues with a family member trying to kick us out of our house which has caused a bit of stress and ultimately lack of motivation. But I am looking at starting an F45 8week challenge on Monday so keen on getting back to it.

Haven't been strict on diet, still have to work out a few kinks, but I'm getting at least 4 days of exercise at the moment and it seems to be paying of so far.
