Had a week off on a trip to Adelaide. Not horrible considering, but I was walking heaps so that helped keep down the increase.

Have been hovering between 176-177kg for the most part of last week, most likely due to retaining water through excessive carb consumption i.e. soft drinks and fast food. Will look at restricting my fast food again to one night a week and try to steer clear of soft drinks for the most part, maybe one or two cans a week. Looking to bring my steps up to 10k a day in the evenings plus what I manage to get up to at work during the day.

No loss or gain for this week, makes sense considering I haven't been eating the best over the past week or so and my body is starting to adjust to the amount of work I'm doing. Will have to get a bit more strict with consistency on my diet and hopefully I move downwards from there.

Feeling good about this drop, need to get back into my longer walks to get fitness up.
