Added intermittent fasting to the diet, skip breakfast. I learned that if I you walks and exercise while still in fasting state, in morning before first meal the fat burn is more intense.
After 3 days of the intermittent fasting finally lost one kilo. Feels a bunch better when u start to see the change. Slow and steady will win this race. small steps one foot in front of the other. 💗
