After a long plateau at 70kg FINALLY dropping weight again. Spending about 2 hours a day doing moderate exercise- walking, squats, core strength. Started again dancing too, crankin’ the Drum n Bass tunes and dance in my room till I break a sweat for about 30 minutes. It is great to be able to dance again (without feeling like I’m Gona die!). Dropped calorie intake down to 1300-1400 from 1700-1900 per day. Slowly seeing more muscle definition in legs and tummy. I think “slow” is the key word. Weight loss is a slow process. I remind myself every day that it takes time and a solid commitment. I’ve been comitted every day using this app since July, being able to keep track calories and log weight you can really see where you’re at and what does and doesn’t work. Keeping at it is what works. Slow and steady like the 🐢 Wins this race.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
