Took all my body measurements with the tape measure. Every measurement is down by 1-2 cm from last month! 🥳✨ I’ve come down from a size 14 to size 12. Goal is to be size 10 by December. Definitely seeing physical strength and stamina greatly improved, can do 100 squats now with not much effort... When I first started dieting I was 85kg, I could not do one squat! My knees were so buggered I could not do a single squat without pain. Knees have finally healed, after 2 years of cutting out sugar and dealing with inflammation. In past 2 years, have had a couple of yo-yo weight gain relapses and losses. But this time I’m sticking to it, putting in the work to gain muscle strength not just weight loss. Happy with results so far. I

Great job you sound exactly like me lol started at 83 kg, knees stuffed now 70 kg, going to gym to strengthen my joints. soooo much better!

Awesome work Mallory!! I'm day 3 into my weightloss journey, was at 88kg. Largest non pregnant weight of my life. I have 4 little ones (youngest 3 months) and I need to do this for them. I need to role model good eating habits to them so they don't go through what I have. Day 3 in only, already see the scale move and keeping cals quite high as I'm nursing but absolutely loading my day with water and vegetables! I've devised a plan of food that I actually enjoy and is nutrient dense and so far have not snacked on the usual cookies and muffins etc. Because my body is full of good stuff. I find eating healthy version of treats is a trigger for me and I over eat with portion size so while I'm starting out no healthy version cookies or anything like that as I completely lose it. I've lost heaps 20+kg after baby #2, now it's time again and this time keep it off.

well done. great work! can I ask how you dealt with the inflammation? wondering if it was medicine, food or special exercise?
