No change again today. But considering that I've lost 2.3kg since Monday, I am still feeling great. I did a late night snack last night, and this is a behaviour that I want to eliminate. While it's previously been caramel chocolate or ice-cream, last night it was raw almonds. So I made a healthier choice, but I was not hungry and I ate a large portion.
I know these are the incidents that will have the biggest impact on my weight loss or lack thereof.
Tonight's plan: Brush my teeth after dinner!
85.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A healthy choice is still a healthy choice 👍 the more you choose the healthy swap, the more you a gaining control over your habits. You can work on controlling the portions once you start feeling the benefits of the healthier choices. I also found that after months of swapping junk snacks for whole food snacks (lots and lots of carrots/cucumber -lol), that I didn't actually want the snacks anymore 😲 You're doing great !!!
