Yay! I had a feeling I'd see a drop today-I'm losing cm's as well, plus my double chin has shrunk. This is only the beginning, but I feel so determined to regain my health and wellbeing. And every little change in any of my measurements (weight, cms, clothing size etc) is incentive.
85 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
