That was the longest flatline I've had since January... I guess our bodies just need to take a beat to adjust after consistent loss ... pfffff
96.5 kg Lost so far: 51.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Aitch11 🙂 I am learning a lot more about myself during this journey than I was expecting... it seems I am not as patient as I imagined that I was 😀
