🤪 Hmmm my craving for salt has not helped lol. For the last 2 weeks I've been incredibly lethargic and lacking motivation regardless of good sleep and healthy eating. Could be many causes (obvious one, I'm in peri-menopause), so my action plan is- include iron tablets 2 a week; reduce salt intake; drink more water; reduce coffee; daily morning 1hr brisk treadmill walking; accept its ok to have days of rest; stay positive...my size 14 trousers are very loose all over. I maybe 63kgs this week but no matter how many different scales I weigh myself on, none point at 92kgs! 😊
63 kg Lost so far: 29 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your attitude made me smile! 💚 that no matter how many times you weigh yourself, you're still not 92kg! That's the best way to look at this experience! 💚💚💚
