I don't normally do two weigh ins in a day, but i was curious after being asleep for most of the day... I've seen a few people here mention quality sleep and calorie burn, and yes, turns out it's a thing for me too. Interesting 🤔
79.8 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
