A small loss this week, never the less it is going in the right direction.
I haven't changed much from previous weeks in terms of portion sizes & physical activities. However my sleeping patterns haven't been good due to work. Water intake wasn't as normal. In addition I had added melon to my diet, although within portion control. It looks like the body is retaining a bit of water due to this.
