Cucumbers in Rice Vinegar
A delicious snack or side dish.
Ingredients
Directions
- Wash and thinly slice cucumber.
- Evenly spread cucumber in a container. A long container works best as not as much vinegar is needed to cover the cucumber.
- Add a dash of black pepper, chill and serve.
- Note: can also be served immediately and stays good for a week.
