Shrimp Stir-Fry

A low carb stir-fry for one.

Directions

  1. Heat skillet and coat with cooking spray.
  2. When skillet is hot, add vegetables and soy sauce and stir regularly.
  3. After about 5 minutes, add shrimp and cook until done.
  4. Enjoy.
