Crab Cakes

A quick and delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the crab meat, egg, and egg yolk in a bowl.
  2. Grease the pan with butter. Scoop the crab meat mixture and press to flatten.
  3. Flip the cake to cook both sides until golden brown. Let it cool and serve.

Added 1 tablespoon of minced onion, 1/4 teaspoon celery salt and 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper. Quick, easy and very tasty.
