Healthy pizza with a thin crispy base.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 220 °C
- Mix together the flour, sugar, yeast and water and knead for 5 minutes, put in warm place to rest for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes divide onto 2 pizza trays.
- Top with passata, cheese and some herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Then add sliced red pepper and one sliced Cumberland sausage to each pizza. Spray top with garlic spray light.
- Cook for approximately 15 minutes until cooked.
