Date Protein Balls

Chewy, tasty and healthy snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the pit from the dates and blanch in water for a few minutes. Reserve the water to add to the mixture. Then finely chop the dates.
  2. Mix well with all the ingredients in a bowl except for the coconut.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls and roll in the coconut.
  4. Place in the fridge to firm.
