Directions
- Remove the pit from the dates and blanch in water for a few minutes. Reserve the water to add to the mixture. Then finely chop the dates.
- Mix well with all the ingredients in a bowl except for the coconut.
- Roll the mixture into balls and roll in the coconut.
- Place in the fridge to firm.
