Cauliflower Soup

Quick, delicious, and comforting recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice onion and soften in olive oil over low heat.
  2. Add crushed garlic and chopped potato and cook for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add chopped cauliflower, water, and stock. Bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer until veggies are soft for about 20 minutes.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour in your favorite bowl and enjoy your meal.
