Still on track losing 1.4 kg a Week :) I was worried about introducing skinless chicken breast for lunch and reducing vegies a bit but that's turned out ok. I've now replaced my breakfast beans with mushrooms (to get the calories and carbs down) and thinking about replacing the peas with something else, probably broccoli.

4000 steps, worked 2 hrs on the Guzzi, which is now back on the road :)
Bought mushrooms, blueberries, strawberries and Greek yogurt. These will replace apples and tangerines as they have way less carbs. Only one Banana a day (for breakfast) now.
