Having a lot of trouble getting my head around Keto- just seem to be going in the wrong direction. Finally read/ watched enough good info to realise I shouldn’t be adding fat until maintenance, have already got enough on board to burn. Duh!!! For an intelligent person I shock myself at how dumb I am sometimes. Anyway, first proper long, fat burning walk yesterday- felt great after, sunshine, fresh air. Will aim for 1200cals, 100g protein, not avoid fat, maybe 50 g carbs?
